UptimeRobot pricing: what each plan costs
UptimeRobot's Free plan costs $0, and Solo, the first paid plan, is $13 a month billed monthly or $12 a month billed annually ($144 a year) for 10 monitors. Those figures come from UptimeRobot's US pricing page as captured on September 29, 2026. A monitor is one tracked endpoint, such as a URL, a port, a keyword check or a heartbeat job. Team, Scale and Enterprise are in the table; Enterprise is sold by quote.
| Plan and monitors | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Annual total shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free, 50 monitors | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| Solo, 10 monitors | $13 a month | $12 a month | Starts at $144 a year |
| Solo, 50 monitors | $28 a month | $24 a month | Not printed |
| Team, 100 monitors | $46 a month | $39 a month | $468 a year |
| Scale, 200 monitors | $98 a month | $79 a month | Starts at $948 a year |
| Scale, 500 monitors | $228 a month | $192 a month | Not printed |
| Enterprise | By quote | By quote | None printed |
UptimeRobot words its Free plan as 50 monitors at a 5-minute interval with "No credit card required", so the table only matters once you need a paid feature. UptimeRobot prices by the visitor's country, so readers outside the US may see other figures.

Start monitoring free with UptimeRobot →Monthly or annual billing: what the switch saves
UptimeRobot's pricing page says annual billing saves about 15%, but the dollar prices in its tiers save between about 8% and 19%, so compare the two prices rather than quoting a percentage.
The page opens on its annual view, with the monthly-billing figure struck through beside the annual one. That struck figure is the price on the other billing basis, not a promotion. Solo is $13 against $12 a month, monthly billing first.
Monitor tiers: Solo 10 or 50, Scale 200 or 500
Solo and Scale each come in two monitor tiers. Solo with 50 monitors is $28 a month billed monthly or $24 a month billed annually; Scale with 500 monitors is $228 or $192 a month on the same bases. The page prints no annual total for those two tiers, so none is stated here.
UptimeRobot's self-serve plans stop at 500 monitors on its pricing page, and anything larger is sold as Enterprise by quote. Count monitors by checks, not websites: each URL, keyword check, port or heartbeat is one monitor.
A two-person software team that wants 1-minute checks and a status page on its own domain fits Solo: 60-second checks, 3 status pages and an own-domain option. Solo lists no login seats (team members with dashboard access), so if both people need the dashboard, price Team, which includes 3.
Add-ons: SMS and voice credits and extra seats
SMS and voice alerts need prepaid credits on every plan, Free included. UptimeRobot sells them in one-time packs priced in US dollars: 10 credits for $3.00, 100 for $15.00, 200 for $25.00, 500 for $55.00 and 1,000 for $100.00. Credits do not renew with your plan. An SMS to a US number uses 1 credit and a voice call uses 2.
Extra login seats on Team and Scale show as "$15/19 / mo." on the pricing page, which UptimeRobot's text version reads as from $15 a month billed annually or from $19 billed monthly, per seat. Notify-only seats are priced at checkout with no figure published.
Renewal, canceling and whether a paid plan is worth renewing
Paid plans renew automatically, and upgrades are prorated for the current payment period. To cancel, select Cancel Auto-Renewal under Billing; the plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle, then moves to the Free plan at 50 monitors and 5-minute checks.
Warning: with more than 50 monitors, UptimeRobot pauses all of them, not only the extras. SSL and domain-expiry reminders switch off either way, and resubscribing does not switch them back on automatically.
UptimeRobot advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions and upgrades, requested from support within 14 days of payment, while its Terms say withdrawal does not apply once you have started using the paid service with your consent.
A paid plan is worth renewing only while you use something the UptimeRobot free plan lacks, such as 60-second checks, SSL and domain-expiry reminders or an own-domain status page. The UptimeRobot review lists each plan's limits.
Who should pick UptimeRobot, and who should pay less elsewhere
Pick UptimeRobot when the Free plan's 50 monitors are enough to start, or when Solo's 60-second checks and own-domain status page are worth paying for.
As read on 7 October 2026, Pulsetic Solo is $9 a month billed monthly or $90 a year, HetrixTools Professional is $9.95 a month or $99.95 a year for 30 uptime monitors, and Uptime.com's first Website Monitoring tier is $9 a month billed monthly or $84 a year billed yearly.
Each is below Solo's $13 a month billed monthly and $144 a year, but the units differ: UptimeRobot counts monitors, Uptime.com counts checks and SMS alerts. The uptime monitor pricing page lines them up.
